The "net amount greater than or equal to" item qualifier function allows one to configure a qualification criteria that looks for a "net dollar amount" of items contained within a line item selector to be present on a transaction in order for that receipt to qualify.
For example, in the example below, in order for a receipt to qualify, it must contain a Taco (with exact item id taco-01) AND at least 10 dollars net (before tax) of items that are "not tacos" (item id is not taco-01).
