If a guest tells you that their app is not downloading from the Play Store, the first thing to do is to try downloading the app yourself.
If the app also isn't downloading for you, please open a ticket with Support.
If you are able to download the app successfully, this indicates an issue specific to the guest's device. Some good troubleshooting steps for the guest to follow are:
- Try downloading the app on a different network connection. If trying to download the app on cellular data, try connecting to wifi. If trying to download the app on wifi, try a different wifi network or try downloading the app on your cellular network.
- Restart the device
