If you are trying to update a guest profile within the Platform but are getting the error "User profile could not be updated. Please enter a valid phone number.", it is due to a Whitelabel iFrame configuration. Please reach out to your CSM or submit a ticket to Punchh Support if you would like this setting disabled.
Note: This setting is called "Enable Phone Number as a mandatory field?"and will affect iFrame and app signups.
