If you are on you admin account and click the option to edit your account and you have configured Multi-Factor Authentication, you will see the option "Regenerate Multi Factor Authentication". This setting is used to re-configure MFA in the event that you no longer have the authentication app, got a new phone, or have a unique need to re-configure MFA.
Note: To access this setting, you will need to have access to your account so if you were not able to log in and need MFA reset, please reach out to another admin within your brand to have them reset MFA on your behalf. See How do I reset Multi-Factor Authentication for another Punchh admin user?
