If the Guest's points are expired and it does not qualify him for current the membership level, it could be a result of how membership level reset strategy.
Assuming the membership level is configured to be applied for users on the basis of following points:
Level 1: 0 - 299
Level 2: 300 - 999
Level 3: 1000 - 2000
Level 4: 2001 - 9999
If the guest's points expired in July 2020, (2000 points) and he only has 363 points now, but still falls in the Level 3 tier instead of Level 2. This is identified by the cockpit configuration for the business, if the new membership is to be set on the basis of points or the guest it to be bumped down to the previous level.
