When Subscription Tracking is enabled in SendGrid, the configured unsubscribe content will be automatically be added at the bottom of sent campaign emails. See Subscription Tracking for more details.
If you would like to place the unsubscribe text somewhere specific in the email content, you can do so by placing an unsubscribe tag. You would need to define this tag here. If no tag is found, we will simply place the unsubscribe information at the bottom of the email.
For example, if the replacement tag is set to [unsubscribe], then you could configure your email content to include this tag. See How do I configure unsubscribe links in the New Email Editor? This will allow you to create your own custom unsubscribe content anywhere in your email.
