If you notice that guest A is missing in a Data Export, the issue may be with the sign-up date. If the Guest Data export was generated for the date range of 1/1/2020 to 1/1/2021 and you were expecting a guest that signed up on 1/1/2018, then this guest will not be included in the export. You will need to expand the date range of the Guest Data export.
