If you are unable to access the Punchh Support Portal via the Pendo button, as a workaround you can first click on the lightbulb which will take you to the Support Portal. What is happening is that the Pendo button may not be carrying over your credentials via SSO and is instead taking you to a login page. Clicking the lightbulb will carry over your credentials so that afterwards, you are able to use the Pendo button to submit or view support tickets.
