While logging into the Punchh platform account if many of the wrong password attempts are made then a link to Unlock My Account will be sent to the admin's email address for which the wrong passwords attempts were made. Below is the screenshots of the email which the admin will receive to unlock the account:
Admin have to click on the "Unlock my account" link to get his account unlocked. Please note once the account is unlocked after doing a click on "Unlock my account" the below screenshot page will be displayed with the text that "Your account has been unlocked successfully. Please sign in to continue.".
