Refreshing a guest's account refers to syncing all the data of the guest's timeline.
Please note only Punchh Admins can access this option.
To scroll down to refresh account option please refer the below screenshot: Guests > Guests on Punchh Platform.
- Search for the guest profile.
- Once the guest timeline is open, click on edit option.
- Once the edit option is clicked, you will find Superadmin Functions > Refresh Account
Now you have to wait till the page is refreshed and reloaded.
