Data exports are not considered a priority task on Punchh's backend. Checkins, redemptions, etc. are considered to be priority. Also based on what kind of data requests have been made on the same day and the size of your own data request, other items may also be taking priority for processing on the backend.
The end answer to this is that sometimes data exports may take a while to complete based on priority items being processed first and you'll want to give it time. This is not always a sign of a larger concern.
However, If you feel that you have waited a reasonable amount of time (i.e. Many hours), Please raise a ticket with support so we can investigate.
