If a guest places an online order via OLO switchboard and does not provide the call center with their Punchh email address, switchboard will create a 1 time email for that guest to ensure the transaction is successful. The email will be in the following format- "email@example.com"
NOTE: This can cause issues earning depending on how the brand is set up with OLO. When the guest goes to scan the receipt, they will be "seen" as a guest rather than a verified Punchh user.
The best solution is to advise guests to always provide the email address they use for loyalty when placing a switchboard order.
