You may see references in Punchh or some of our documentation that refers to either a Business Key or a Business Admin Key. While these items are similarly named, they are both used and gathered in different ways.
A Business Key is a key that is the same for a whole brand. This code is used for POS integration, and is only visible to Punchh internal accounts. If you require a business key for your brand, please contact your CSM or open a ticket with support.
A Business Admin Key is a key that is unique to each admin users. This code is designed to be used for administrators to authenticate when using our Platform Functions APIs, and can be found in Punchh by admin users.
