If you are attempting to change a guests primary email and find it to be grayed out under the Guest Timeline>Edit Profile section this is most likely due to how the guest signed up.
- If the guest has signed up using Facebook this is unable to be changed manually in Punchh or in app to prevent breaking the Facebook SSO (single sign-on).
