In some circumstances, you may have guest accounts that you wish to be exempt from the fraud processing rules in use by your organization. This can be set to target a specific segment, but requires some changes to be made by a Punchh internal user.
In order to request for this to be set up for your business, create a custom segment containing the accounts that you would like to have this applied to, then contact Punchh support or your CSM to request that this be enabled.
