If you wish to have Rich Messages cleared, the support team goes through the process and upon completion, Rich messages will be cleared immediately.
In case there is no request made to the support team which means there is no action performed to manually clear the Rich messages, default setting configured in the cockpit will be applied.
This setting is usually defaulted to 90 days but can vary from Organization to Organization.
