Please note that the following data can be filtered by location and date and is found at- Guests>eClub guests in the Punchh platform.
The logic behind the show-page metrics (as seen above) for eClub guests is as follows:
Total eClub guests- The query for this metric looks at all users for the business whose "sign up channel" was eClub and applies the location restrictions and date range selected in the filters
Total Loyalty sign ups- This metric is a "subset" of the same group of users but only includes those guests that signed up via channel eClub AND converted to loyalty subsequently (within the same date and location filter range).
Total Conversion rate- This metric is simply the percentage calculation showing how many eClub guests signed up for loyalty, keeping all the previous applicable filters.
