Feedbacks are sent to stores after the check-in is registered by the guest as this setting is enabled in the Cockpit and iFrame configuration section in the Platform for the Brand.
If you do not want the feedbacks to be delivered to the stores you need to contact CSM or Punchh admin by raising a request on Support@punchh.com.
